How to use:
Step 1: Clean and polish the physical surface.
Step 2: Heat the surface of the substrate until the temperature of the welding wire reaches the working temperature of 380degree Celsius~400degree Celsius, so the heat transfer wire of the parent metal can be used to form the welding seam, and the flame should not be used when the surface temperature of the base metal is high enough. Flows well and penetrates into the metal capillary.
Step 3: When repairing thin aluminum, just heat the aluminum-based metal to a suitable working temperature, and then use the steel wire to frictionally melt back and forth to form a weld.Only the wire melted with a metal brush can be welded at the weld.
Step 4: Use propane gas to weld the object, use industrial gas or induction heating device to heat and weld the large object, and slowly cool down after welding.

Low temperature aluminum welding wire can weld almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum, cast aluminum, aluminum alloy and dissimilar welding between the above metals.
