3. Ensure that your greenhouse window is able to open and is not obstructed, otherwise, damage could occur.
4. Lubricate all movable parts with a light oil after fitting. Apply petroleum jelly or grease to the expansion device thread occasionally.

1.Q: why there is oil on the expansion device surface? Is it damaged?
A: no. It's normal that the expansion device surface coming with a layer of oil, which can be protective.
2.Q: why the expansion device cannot extend?
A: it may get stuck, just need to adjust it manually or lubricate it with oil.
